Unit Settings of AutoCAD
  • Type “UNITS” in the command line and press Enter. Alternatively, you can access the units settings by clicking on the “Application” button (the big red ‘A’ in the top-left corner), then going to “Drawing Utilities” > “Units.”
  • The “Drawing Units” dialog box will appear, providing several options for length, angle, area, and other unit settings.
  • Under “Length,” choose the desired unit from the drop-down menu. For example, you can select inches, feet, millimeters, centimeters, meters, etc.
  • Optionally, you can also set the “Angle” units if you need to work with angles in your drawing.
  • Verify and adjust other settings like “Area” and “Volume” units if required.
  • Once you have selected the appropriate units, click the “OK” button to apply the changes and close the dialog box.
